Who we are
See our legal notice.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you contact us through one of our contact forms, it will be protected by industry standard security according to the GDPR. We will process your request and delete your mail no later than six months after we have processed it. All the information provided is needed to process your request and will not be used for any other purposes. That specifically includes your name and e-mail address.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
We enabled an additional privacy layer on embedded content. You will be shown a dialog instead of the embedded content. Once you confirm that dialog, external content will be loaded – not before.
Analytics
We disabled all analytics features of WordPress and do not actively collect any analytics data. Our website is hosted by all-inkl.com (Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf). Our service provider collects a set of connection statistics including the following data:
- Requested page
- Time of request
- Amount of sent data in byte
- Source of request
- Used browser
- Used operating system
- Used IP address
We use the aggregated data for statistic reasons and to improve our website. We do reserve the right to check these logs in case of abuse or for legal reasons.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data. We disabled all analytics features of WordPress, since they cannot guarantee that your data will remain within the European Union.
How long we retain your data
For users that are registered on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Keep in mind that this is a technical detail. User registration is disabled for this website and all previously existing customer accounts have been deleted on 24th of May 2018 in order to comply with GDPR requirements. So in fact, we do not save any user data apart from the administration account for this website.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have sent support or contact requests via one of our forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
For form data, see the chapter “Contact forms”.
